Behind The Successful Stories

Founder & Master Trainer, World Mind Development
Teo Kim Foo is the founder of World Mind Development, established in 2020 with a clear mission — to unlock the limitless potential of the human mind. A highly respected figure in global memory sports, he was crowned Malaysia Memory Champion in 2014 and holds the prestigious International Master of Memory lifetime title, awarded by the World Memory Sports Council.
Although he aspired to continue competing and rise through the world rankings, Teo accepted national and international appointments that led him to a greater calling. He was appointed as an International Judge in 2015, later becoming the Chief Judge for Malaysia Memory Competitions, and founder of the Malaysia Memory Sports Organization, and also currently serves as the Global Chief Arbiter of the World Memory Championship, appointed in 2024. Teo is also the creator of the innovative OA (Objective and Actions) Memory Method, a system that dramatically boosts memory speed and capacity. Many of his students have since gone on to win junior, overall, and category champion titles in memory competitions.
Under his leadership, World Mind Development is recognized and licensed by the Ministry of Education Malaysia to conduct certified mind enhancement courses. Its flagship memory training programs are also endorsed by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and HRD Corp-certified, ensuring the highest standards in cognitive education. With Teo’s vision, expertise, and dedication, World Mind Development continues to lead the way in transforming ordinary minds into extraordinary ones — empowering individuals to learn faster, remember more, and live smarter.
